hey guys, I am a PGY1 in peds but I really like ENT and don't have good board scores so what do you guys know about finishing up a residency in peds then applying for oto? What would be my chances then? Thanks.

So besides pretending to care about my gen surg rotations this year, I wanted to know if you had any input on a good book to go through before PGY2 starts. I was debating between Lee's Essentials vs Lalwani's book.

I know that the Orthogate website has been posting research opportunities for those who went unmatched this year. I was hoping we could do the same for ENT.

I feel like I'm going to throw up from anxiety, nerves, excitement... Everyone else feel the same? I hit rock bottom yesterday and went to the bar by myself because I needed to get away from my fellow 4th years who are also freaking out. We're all driving each other nuts, feeding off each other's nervous energy. Eeek! That said, I look forward to finding out not only about my future program/location, but also who I will be enduring the next 5 years with... Best of luck to everyone...

Since our rank lists are in stone now. Perhaps we can all feel more comfortable being more forthcoming about our ranks list for the benefit of next years class. Supposedly most of us get one of our top 3 so if we show our top 4 and give brief rationale for our choices that should be slight overkill and might be helpful to guys next year.
