I know, a little early, but my institution has us already submitting our MS4 schedules so I'm trying to figure things out. I have some flex time available
to take a rotation off and my options are:
Nov 22 to Jan 1

or

Dec 20 to Jan 30
I've been glancing at the otomatch calendar and it seems December is a better month to have off for interviews than January, but was wondering what
others' thoughts were on it?

Excellent letters from ENTs who knew me well and some well-known faculty, rotated away at well-known institutions and got good letters. However, no national

I'm a rising 4th year, applying for Oto. My school just announced one of the criterias for AOA selection is that we take and pass step 2 by mid Oct, i.e.,
we have to take the exam by September 1st. I've already scheduled the exam at the end of this year because I didn't intend to take it before
interviews. But if I keep the original date of the exam, I won't be qualified for AOA membership.

What should I do? Is AOA more important than step 2...
