			<description><![CDATA[ well i am MS3 and i've thought about ENT for quite some time now. i was wondering how difficult would it be to get into ENT for example if you dont match the first year and go into general surgery. is it possible to re-apply the second year, after the 1st year of internship (surgical). any comments? would it be better to apply for a catagorical surgery spot and try and reapply the next year..or take a year off and do some kind of research ? any input would be greatly appreciated.<br><br>also,... ]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[ International away rotation in October of 4th year? ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ I am just trying to plan my 4th year scheduling and was thinking about doing an international away rotation in October.  For those of you that interviewed this past year, would this be a bad idea?  My concern is that interview offers may start to come in around that time.  I should have access to email where I am going, I just don't know how often I'll be able to check.  Also, not sure how many programs still communicate via snail mail... which I would not have access to.<br><br>Any input... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Hey guys, just wondering if you have started getting post match-day letters/e-mails from programs that you interviewed at but didn't match at, saying that they wished you had matched there, that you were a strong candidate, etc?<br><br>Seems weird to me that they didn't send me nice thank you letters after my interviews and BEFORE the match.
